Momos
Momos, aka Tibetan Dumplings, were commonplace in northern India. They were usually stuff with vegetables and served with a wickedly hot sauce. These particular momos were served to me in a little hut at the top of the mountain.
The guys across the table got into a competition about who could eat the momo with the most hot sauce on it. Needless to say, it was funny to watch.

You are quite the traveller! Steaming hot momos on a cold wintry day beats anything else. They are pretty similar to Dim-Sums, but less fancy.
are you reminiscing, Kent?
photos of Panchkula and now momos...
if you start, i'll start!
Reminisce away, Ryan. There's very little left in Egypt to show from a food perspective.
