Iskendar - is that lamb? and is the white stuff sour cream or yogurt? and is in served on a metal plate?

Salad - what kind of vegies? Is that yogurt or sour cream on top? It looks like it may have been baked?

Pide - what is on top of the pide?

Too many questions? Sorry. Turkish food is my favourite.

I like the new look here! The dark background nicely sets off the pics of food.

Iskendar - it's ground up lamb and beef cooked on a spit. Then shaved off in slices. The white stuff is yoghurt and there is a layer of bread underneath the meat. Ya, it's on a metal plate.

Salad - it's like mayonnaise, carrots, cheese, and potatoes.

Pide - it's topped with flavoured meat.
