Kent, I really envy you! You not only travel and eat a lot more than even I do (and I thought I travelled a lot), but you also manage to get the most elaborate home-cooked meals! Your friends/family are certainly great cooks from the look of the dishes on the table here. :-)

Is it ok to eat meat? Well Yes, tigers, lions, cheethas, bears, sharks and the like do.

but the bible says: Thou shalt not kill.

I think we should take such books very lightly.

but the bible says: Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.

I think they mean dont testify at all
