Keralite Cuisine
My favourite place in South India, Kerala's lush beauty is complemented by its delicious cuisine that is predominantly spicy. Coconut milk is also used a lot in the dishes and curries. There is a strong fishing industry there and it is here that I have tasted the best fish-based cuisine!
Our first lunch in Kerala - fish, kerala rice, dhaal, papadom and beetroot vege.
