Guacamole
I was fortunate enough to have an avocado specially imported from a tree in Venezuela. It was the largest of its kind that I had ever seen. The stem end ripened way earlier than the opposite end, so deciding when to guacamole-ize was tricky.
It all turned out good in the end.
