Croatia
I'm pretty sure I could eat the Croatian version of Gnocchi (left) all day long. On the right was some sort of tender brisket cut. This was the closest we got to traditional Croatian food in the 2 days we were there.

interesting croatian food is something am hardly familiar with but once I get to that country I can say a lot more about their foods. You should follow up with me so you can get a little bit of their background, I will let you know once I get to that country. ;)
