Redefining the Gourmet Burger
Plain, Meaty Goodness
The Fruit Frenchman (brie and a pommegranate/rosemary reduction)
The Ethiopian (lentil and pea stew)
The Stinker (roasted garlic butter and roquefort)
The Afghan (spice paste, roasted eggplant, and a coriander/walnut chutney)

These burgers are incredible! The stinker looks great and probably tastes even better.

Yep, with the help of a friend of mine.
The key is finding good meat. We ground our own using 2 parts beef to 1 part pork.
Then you just have to come up with cool toppings.
