Control Burger with BBQ Sauce

Parmasean, Crushed Walnuts, and Honey

Lemon-lime BBQ sauce, topped with a mandarin, cilantro, hot pepper, and onion salad

Jerk-yoghurt rub, topped with a tomato-onion salsa

Anchovie paste topped with calmari rings sauteed in garlic

To be honest, these were not our best efforts. The original plan was for me to do a Caribbean burger with spicy jerk and a fruit salsa along with the calamari one. Somewhere along the line I completely forgot about the fruit part, so I had to improvise.

Turned out the jerk wasn't spicy enough and the anchovy flavour didn't come through at all.

The second burger was interesting. Lots of different flavours coming at you at once.
