Italy - Dinner 4
Tuscan Ragu on top of fresh ravioli - Maybe the best pasta dish i've ever had 
Scottiglia - Chicken, veal, and pork cooked in tomatoes, onions, and wine
Biscotti from Chestnut Flour

Great memories!
The fresh ravioli was so good that I got myself a ravioli maker, and the semolina flour. Just waiting for the kitchen to get back in order, as it just too chaotic with a reno going on.
