Hi Kent,

I'm enjoying checking our your food photos. I wish I could travel more. Maybe some day :)

I was wondering what the green sauce is on the Poutine burger? And that American Garbage burger, was it good? I mean, did it taste good, not was it good for you ? :)

Hey Cheryl,

Thanks for the kind words.

The green sauce on the poutine burger is actually chicken gravy.

The garbage burger was okay, but the creator, my friend, was disappointed because he couldn't get the ingredients he wanted here in Azerbaijan. For example, instead of cheese whiz, he had to use this other cheese spread. Also, the chips were cheap ruffles as opposed to Doritos.

I doubt the burger would ever be considered a delicacy, but it does exemplify the American snack food industry. :)

Hi Kent,

Thanks for the reply.

I'd never have guessed chicken gravy. :)

I have had a burger with ruffles on it before, but never cheese whiz. I remember a friend liking ruffles on their burgers when we were young, so I gave it a try. It did provide an interesting crunch.
