Estonian Goodness
A Russian soup resembling Borscht

Succulent, mouthwatering pork.

I didn't get a chance to eat much in the way of local Estonian food (it's really hard to find without paying outrageous prices for it). We went to one of those cavern restaurants that's so popular in the Baltic states (and the Czech Republic) and were treated to some fine cuisine. After living in a place like Azerbaijan, the pork in Eastern Europe is just so good.

Azeri Kebab
This is a fairly common presentation of Azeri kebab. There is chicken and mashed potato kofta.
