Paprikash the way it should be

This is what you like to see after getting of the train in paprika-crazed Hungary: chicken paprikash with egg dough dumplings. The sauce and cream were perfect, while the chicken just melted off the bone. Now I just have to find a way to re-create it at home.

The Many Sides of Sacher Tort

Sacher Tort is a famous Austrian cake that is named after the Hotel Sacher in Austria. There is some controversy over who created the cake first, however. Two places in Vienna claim to have made the first ever "Sacher Tort." One of them obviously didn't call it Sacher Tort. Regardless, you can find the cake at every cafe in the city. If you are interested in getting it from the source, you'll probably have to wait in line and it will cost you double what it costs at other places (rumour has it that it's not at all worth it).
